This line is both finely Woven and a highly decorative line. It is Persian Knotted and woven by Turkmen Weavers in Northern Afghanistan and by Turkmen refugees living in Pakistan. The Knotting is approx 160 knots per sq inch. The designs are mainly decorative 19th century designs from Iran, such as Sultanabad, Mahal, Tabriz and others as well.
