This line of kilims offers a very reasonably priced alternative for those looking for affordable and at the same time genuine tribal style floor covering. They are woven in bold, clear colors with a combination of vegetable and synthetic dyes. They are slit tapestry woven kilims, as were most older kilims from Turkey, Iran, and Afghanistan. The Uzbek weavers of these kilims have been living in a refugee settlement in Pakistani Baluchistan for the last 16 years. We weave these kilims in sizes from 3’ x 5’ to 10’ x 14’ including runners.
