Free shipping is available for all orders that specifically state, “free shipping,” and will be shipped via UPS Ground to addresses within the continental United States. All goods will be shipped without requiring a signature unless you specifically request signature delivery. Shipping includes insurance against loss and damage on common carriers. This insurance is for our goods shipped to customers and does not cover the returned items. International shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.
Return:
15 DAYS FOR FULL STORE CREDIT Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs while the rug(s) is in their possession.
Return shipping must be paid by the customers.
STORE CREDIT to be used at any time for all items returned in perfect condition.
There is no time limit on this, however rugs may only be exchanged 1 time per purchase.
Rug pad sales are final.
